Principles of therapy of local stabilizers
Principles of therapy of global muscle groups
Principles of building therapy as a whole

*we emphasize practice (detection of compensatory patterns and tolerance)

Practice:
1st day
– Exposure of the lower back from the knees and on the stomach
– Work in chains (5 main techniques), whole body

2nd day
– Stabilization of the scapula
– Work in chains, hands
– Exposure of the neck on the back and on the stomach
– Work in chains, neck
